You will be working with an accredited Health Coach, Mónica Martins, graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, by whom you’ll be closely monitored. Monica will help you gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to become an active participant in your own care so that you can reach your self-identified health goals.

We have designed tools and challenges that are an ideal way to engage you to the changes you need to make.
To inspire ongoing engagement, you will have one-on-one coaching sessions, where your progress will be carefully evaluated. Establishing key step goals does this. These are well-defined goals established by the team composed by you and by the Health Coach. Together you will define a set of small achievements that will mark your progress. Throughout the program, these points will then be recalled and used to track if there is in fact progress.
